Our CEO Mr. Abhay Kumar born in a small town, He comes from a humble family background. Where he is taught to love your loved ones, respect older ones, and take responsibility for younger ones like any other traditional Indian family. Our CEO’s mother Mrs. Kiran taught her in his early childhood, the importance of being honest, never betraying anyone, and never prioritizing money over someone’s dream or life. In his early 20’s, during his graduation from Punjab Technical University, he single-handedly took responsibility for his sister’s education, and his mother’s and father’s healthcare. He prioritizes his family responsibilities over any other thing in the world.

That’s why he took his first job in Hindustan Times,Delhi at the young age of 21 years. It took 1.5 years for him to get promoted to Centre Head. After working for 2 years in HT, he got the opportunity to work with Xseed Education,Delhi where he got to know about the education system in schools. After working with Xseed Education for 2 years, He got the opportunity to work with Girnarsoft’s Owner Amit Jain(Delhi), one of the sharks of the shark tank for 1.5 years. Then he worked with Cars 24 for 1.5 years as well. While getting treatment for his father in various hospitals, He got to know about the ground reality of the real struggles of healthcare workers, especially physiotherapists and nurses. How they are being given very low salaries which are not even sufficient to fulfil the needs of their families, A work-life balance doesn’t exist in their lives where they are made to work for 15-16 hours per day without extra payment, those doctors and nurses are not able to make time for their mothers, spouses and children. Doctors and nurses are exhausted from handling 100-120 patients per day. And the list doesn’t end here. Many struggles can’t be expressed in words but can only be felt.

Seeing their lives, the teachings of her mother to help everyone as much as you can, and encouragement and support from his family. He started Spaark Overseas (A unit of Proask Overseas Pvt. LTD.), in Delhi and Noida to help all those people to get awareness about overseas physiotherapy jobs in Germany, and overseas nurse jobs in Germany. But that was not the end when he got to know about financial instability in the lives of nurses. He launched overseas Nursing jobs in Dubai or any other Gulf countries. He made sure with employers by visiting them in their country and personally visited all the hospitals and accommodations in Germany and UAE that are provided to physiotherapists and nurses and also are paid well, work-life balance is kept in mind, good accommodation is provided, and most importantly respected well. His motivational words to his employees, this is a great service to the society where we help people to achieve their dreams and most importantly respected well. He believes that if we can successfully place any candidate abroad, this not only improves the lives of the candidates but also improves the lives of their families and generations ahead. Those families and candidates give their blessings in their hearts. He believes that karma exists, that’s why he guides his employees not to misguide any candidate, gives full refunds if they are rejected in the German interaction round, help the candidates till they reach the boarding gates of their flights, help the candidates whenever they can, and so on.
