Cultural Immersion Training

At Spaark Overseas (A unit of Proask Overseas Pvt. LTD.), we believe in the transformative power of cultural immersion, and our Cultural Immersion Training Service is designed to equip individuals and organizations with the skills needed to thrive in diverse global environments. As a part of cultural immersion, We conduct German Partner Interaction,the one which tests the intent of candidates, current experience of candidates, practical knowledge of candidates in the field, and dedication towards learning the German language. In our classes, the German employer from Germany often joins the online classes to see the progress of candidates in the German language and interact with candidates in the German language. The German partner introduces the candidates to German locals to make the candidates feel comfortable about going to an unknown country, by telling them about their culture, festivals, restaurants, movie halls, theatres, gardens, parks, work culture, and many other pointers.
